കോളിഫ്ലവർ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കൂ | G... - Cauliflower(Gobhi ) Paratha

Ingredients
Wheat flour -2cup
Semolina -1/4cup
Curd-1/4cup
Salt-1/2tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Baking Soda -1/4tsp or Baking Powder -1/2tsp
Oil -2tsp +1tbsp
Oil -for Frying
Method
Take a bowl and add 2 cup of wheat flour , ¼ cup of rava/semolina,salt,baking soda and sugar. Mix well with a fork. Add ¼ cup of curd and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix the dough well. Add water as and when required to make a soft dough. Add 1 tbsp of oil on top of the dough. Allow it to ferment (according to the climate time will vary). Close it with a wet cloth and don’t allow it to dry.
After 3 hours the dough will be really soft. Now we need to roll the batura and fry it (watch from 6:00 mins). Always grease the rolling pin with a bit of oil.
Eat it hot.
