1960s Rusted Military Lantern Restoration

This is the most beautiful Army Lantern i ever seen. Was produced in France for Army in 1960 and was utilized for airplane signalization. As you can see this lantern was metallic gray but behind was green, i don't know why, looks like was made like that. This lantern was very oxidated and rusty. The two lenses were yellowish and blurred. I decidet to make green this lantern to mach the original color. Let me know what do you think about this restoration.
