DORTHEA OREM SCDNT(Self Care Deficit Nursing Theory)

A scenario of nursing evaluating and implementing the self care deficit of a patient post-op after a traumatic accident. The elderly patient is unable to care for himself  due to his injuries and cannot rely on his elderly wife who has her own significant issues.  A group project for NURS 324 @ Ferris State University-Traverse City, Fall 2010.
