Teenager arrested in Swiss axe attack

A  teenager has been arrested after several people were wounded by an attacker wielding an axe in Flums, a small town in north-eastern Switzerland.

Bruno Metzger, a spokesman for the regional police in St Gallen said the incident had no connection to terrorism:  "we assume victims were attacked randomly and without terrorist intent", he commented.
