In this video we go over the Nike Cosmic Unity 3.

Cushioning saw a downgrade from the previous version that featured Zoom Strobel, this one is not as bouncy and has quite some stiffness to it. The drop-in midsole is a very simple foam with not much softness. Traction is okay, not the best on the indoor court but minimal dust picked up and the outsole is great for outdoor use. Another good thing is the upper stability, however it comes at a tradeoff with weight and breathability.
