Wrapping up my summer fishing season for 2022, plus with lots of winterizing still to do around the house, you'd think cutting fish would be far down on my "to do list," but that's not how I roll! In Alaska you can't say, "that can wait" because before you know it the first snow is dropping. Most importantly the smoke house needs filled! The fish I'm working with in my latest video here is one of my nicer King Salmon catches, good belly of fat on him & the smoking strips made from him are going to taste epic when done. Plus, cutting fish with my Case Knives just makes filleting fish that much quicker, but at the same time precise...these knives have become two of my favorites & automatic go-tos.
