detailk2.com/ | The ELITE SERIES from DK2 Snow Plows give you all the same great features from our standard snow plow kits but with an upgraded electric actuator. The electric actuator is IP67 rated and has a lower amp draw which increases the reliability of your plows lifting mechanism. Each plow ships in a single carton complete with hardened steel cutting edge scraper, rubber snow deflector, polymer-wrapped wire rope plow markers, skid shoes, castor kit for easy storage, and a wireless electric actuator. The ELITE SERIES is available in 6 different models including 3 different blade size options and either custom mount or a universal 2" front mounting system. ASSEMBLY STEPS: 1. Open box and spread out contents 2. Lay down blade halves, attach them with nuts and bolts (center first) 3. Install scraper blade (long piece in middle first) 4. Install skid shoe brackets (cupping upwards) 5. Tighten skid shoe to set height and control scrape 6. Attach A-frame to D-Frame using center bolt 7. Connect main frame to A-frame using the 2 frame pins 8. Put in the rear support post and set height using pin 9. Attach frame to blade using 3 cotter pins 10. Attach each flip down castor to the outer rib of the plow blade 11. Attach the trip springs from the frame to the blade using eyebolts 12. Attach handle to frame for manual angling feature 13. Fasten rubber deflector to the top of blade using deflector bars 14. Attach plow markers to each end of the deflector bar 15. Connect safety to the main frame using the bolt and clip it to the a-frame (for transportation only) 16. Attach the actuator mounting bracket to the main frame using the hardware 17. Bolt on the pivot arm to the actuator bracket through the center hole 18. Fasten the electric actuator to the single hole of the pivot arm and fasten the other end to the mounting bracket 19. Secure the lifting chain to the a-frame using the u bolt 20. Fasten the other end of the chain to the actuator - IF YOU HAVE A CUSTOM MOUNT ELITE SERIES YOU ARE DONE - FOR FRONT MOIUNT HITCH STYLE FOLLOW NEXT STEP 21.
