Today I’ll teach you how to make the perfect Hot Negroni for the best warm aperitivo this festive season has to offer! As you know, any time is a great time for a Negroni, but it turns out that the most popular cocktail in the world works as a hot cocktail too. We’ll start by making a recipe I read at a hotel in Berlin, followed by my elevated version using Strawberry Water, Spruce Twigs & Tonka Bean for the right mix of acid, spices and herbs on the aroma.
