Tools required for modification: needle picker, cap picker, screwdriver, waterproof oil
Three steps to modify Ga2100 1A1 to AP Royal Oak version:
0:05 The needle ejector picks out the connecting case
0:11 Screwdriver unscrew four screws on four sides
0:16 Case removal
0:25 Unscrew the four screws of the bottom back cover
0:33 Take out the back cover and take down the waterproof film
0:37 Take out the watch core carefully
0:42 The needle opener picks out the scale
0:52 Protect dial scratches
0:59 The needle puller picks out the three needles
1:20 The needle opener shall be carefully removed along the seam of the dial
1:29 Put in the new blue dial
1:34 The positon should be aligned with the protruding position of the watch needle
1:39 The needle should be aligned with the hole
1:44 Press into the protruding place
2:00 Check whether the meter needle operates normally
2:08 Install the blue scale at the alignment position
2:14 Press down for installation at the alignment position
2:24 Re apply waterproof oil to the waterproof ring
2:51 Screw on the back cover
3:03 Put on the replacement case
3:10 Screw in the screws on the four sides to fix the case
3:15 Replace the watch strap
3:20 Through hole of aiming strap and case
3:22 Insert the strap adapter pin
