This edition of ‘Off The Cuff’ saw ‘Former Pakistan Diplomat, Husain Haqqani’ in conversation with ThePrint Chairman & Editor-in-Chief, Shekhar Gupta. India and Pakistan must first become friends before they can try and solve their prickly disputes, Haqqani said in conversation with Shekhar Gupta. Haqqani also appreciated India’s foreign relations under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying his efforts can bring about a vision for the stewardship of the region without China being the only dominant power.
