Super quick plum cake that
Super quick plum cake that always works! The quickest way to make this simple plum cake is of course with a sponge mixture, as it is made in just a few minutes and you don't have to let it rise.
Ingredients for yogurt cake with plums
450 g yogurt
125 ml oil
200 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
10 g baking powder
150 g flour
175 g semolina
700 plums
Dust with powdered sugar
Bake in a well-preheated oven at 180 °C for around 45 minutes.
Preparation
1. Line the baking pan with baking paper or grease it. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat). Halve the plums and remove the stones. 2. Mix the yoghurt (or buttermilk), oil and sugar well in a large bowl.
3. Add the flour, semolina, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder and mix well.
4. Pour the dough into the baking pan. Then spread the plums on top.
5. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes, remove and then dust with powdered sugar.
