Jakob Lund er direktør for International Association for Human Values i Danmark.
Siden 1995 har han studeret og praktiseret gammel viden om åndedræt, meditation og yoga.
I 2000 begyndte han at dele denne viden med største engagement til fanger, misbrugere og fagfolk inden for dette område.
Gennem årene har Jakob og hans team hjulpet mange til at forlade destruktiv adfærd og leve et mere bevidst liv.

Jakob Lund is a director of the International Association for Human Values in Denmark.

In 2000 he started sharing this knowledge with main dedication to prisoners, addicted people and professionals from this field.
Through the years, Jakob and his team helped many to leave destructive behaviour and live a more conscious life.
