Rocking Chair Step - Line Dance Step Instructions

How to do a basic line dance Rocking Chair step. 4 count move and can be done starting with Right or Left foot. One foot stays in place, the other moves. Rock forward on foot 1, step foot 2 in place, rock back on foot 1, step foot 2 in place. One foot always stays stationary. Some start back first.
