Pakora is a famous tea time snack of indian cuisine and every one like to eat it. Chicken pakoras are common but mutton keema pokaras are rare and delicious so need to try it.I have used mutton keema in this Keema pakora recipe. You may use chicken keema also. Do give it an attempt as its easy. In this recipe key ingredient of pakora is mutton minced. Serve these easy to make Keema pakora with pudinay ki chutney or ketchup at tea time. Super Easy to make and delicious too.

Ingredients for mutton minced Keema Pakora Recipe:-

Mutton Mince(kheema) ---250 grams
Gram flour besan ---2cups
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder---1tsp
Ginger garlic paste ---2tsp
Green chillies chopped---6
Fresh coriander chopped 1bunch
Mint---1bunch
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves---8
Cardamom--5
Cinamonsticks---4
Shah Zeera--1tsp
Oil to deep fry

Method

In a bowl Add gram flour ,mutton kheema,ginger garlic paste,  garam masala powder, turmeric powder ,red chilli powder,green chilies, coriander leaves,mint leaves red chili, salt Mix well.

Add a little water to make a  batter it should b tight not too thin

Heat sufficient oil in a deep wok.

Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers.

Deep fry on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Keema Pakora is ready to eat.
