``Bikkuri Tei Honke'', which was established in Minami Fukuoka in 1963, is a specialty restaurant that specializes in yakiniku teppanyaki that has remained unchanged since then.
Although there is only one item on the menu, the special flavor of garlicky meat, cabbage, oil, and spicy miso continues to be loved by local regulars. Nowadays, it has been featured in many media such as TV, and customers come from all over the country to see it as Hakata's soul food.
