In this video, I review how to set a Punnett Square for incomplete dominance and codominant Punnett Squares. When setting up these Punnett Squares keep in mind the following.Incomplete Dominance 1. There are NO lowercase letters. 2. NEITHER trait is dominant or recessive 3. The phenotype is a mixed color or a blending 4. Dominant red is written as RR 5. Dominant white is written as WW 6. The mixed color they make is pink RW (heterozygous) Codominance 1. Like Incomplete dominance, there are NO lowercase letters. 2 This time, both traits express themselves in different locations 3 One dominant color is written as {RR} (a purebred - homozygous) 4 The other dominant white is written as WW (a purebred - homozygous) 5. Both colors showing will be written as RW (a hybrid - heterozygous)
