150gms chickpea flour (besan)
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
1pinch asafoetida
1tsp sugar
1tsp ginger +green chilli paste
1tsp eno fruit salt
1tsp oil
Water 3/4th cup

For dhokla syrup
1.5tbsp oil
1tsp black mustard seeds
4 green chillis
Few curry leaves
Salt & sugar as per taste
1 cup water
1tbsp lemon juice
