Cabbage 300 gr.
Rice 100 gr.
Onion 1 pc.
Carrot 1 pc.
Tomato paste 1-2 tbsp.l.
Egg 1 pc.
Water 200 ml.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper, paprika, dried garlic 1 tsp
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Parsley.
Cut the cabbage, pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Boil the rice for 15 minutes. Chop onions, carrots. Fry the onion first for 2 minutes, then the carrots and onions for 3 minutes. Add tomato paste, water, paprika, and cook the dressing for 10 minutes. Mix cabbage, rice, egg with minced chicken, add salt, ground pepper to taste, dried garlic to taste. Mix everything well. Form cutlets. Put the cutlets in a baking dish. Put the dressing on top. Cook the cutlets for 20 minutes in the oven 400 F. Garnish the cutlets with parsley.
