I put Omega Helio Gazer yeast along with Phantasm Powder to the test to try and make a Juicy Hazy IPA! Helio Gazer is a GMO Yeast that "boosts thiol biotransformation to free thiols 200x above sensory threshold, creating a supernova of tropical, passion fruit flavors and aromas." It is designed for making NEIPA, Hazy IPAs and Hazy Pale Ales.
