Why the Naruto Anime Changed the Color of Chakra

The Naruto anime changed the color of chakra. In the Naruto Manga, chakra is supposed to have a different color for each character. However, it's pretty much stadardized to be yellow for most characters. We see that the Rasengan is yellow for all characters, Jiraiya, Naruto, Kakashi, and Minato all have a yellow Rasengan.
