This Employee Evaluation Excel Template will be useful to provide valuable evaluation feedback and how your team members doing well. You will find 3 main sections in the template:
➤ Dashboard; The settings have the most common terms used in employee review. But you can change them according to your preferences. Once you input your employees and their evaluation, the dashboard will present Top and Worst Performer besides the departmental score.
➤ Employee Database: Each individual employee review sheet will store employee data including Department / Team, Job Title, Employment Date, Review Period and Reviewing Manager. You can add all employee data here.
➤ Individual Review: Quick background information about the employee and reviewer. Rate each field by inserting an “X”, which is the only accepted symbol.
