CCNY Landscape Architecture: Central Park as Infrastructure

Graduate students of Landscape Architecture at CCNY’s Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture created this animation in the advanced media seminar “Visualizing Central Park,” a collaboration with the Central Park Conservancy taught by Lecturer Matthew Seibert in Spring 2018. Starting from the far reaches of New York City’s watershed, “Park as Infrastructure” traces Central Park’s hydrologic infrastructure and explores challenges and solutions for preserving the landmark landscape’s bodies of water. https://www.ccny.cuny.edu/
