Ingredients:
noodles 1 pack ( 100 g per person )
beef 450 g (preferably not fatty)
onion 3 pcs
cucumbers 700 g
cabbage 500 g
salt, black pepper
ground red pepper 5 tbsp.
sugar 1 tsp.
crushed garlic 3 tbsp.
sesame 1 tsp.
vegetable oil 10 tbsp.
eggs 4 pcs
KUKSI muri (broth)
water 1 liter (cooled boiled water)
salt 1 tbsp.
sugar 3 tbsp.
vinegar 70% 1 tsp
soy sauce 3-4 tbsp.
Tomato 1/2 pcs
cucumber 60 g
dill
