The Sole F63 Treadmill is the brand’s most affordable treadmill. It has a 3.0 HP motor, so it is sufficient for running as well as walking. The 20” x 60” deck provides plenty of space for walking or running. The F63 has a firm cushioning for a more road-like underfoot feel. The treadmill has a maximum speed of 12 mph and 15 levels of incline. There is no decline option.
The speed and incline settings take longer to adjust than comparable treadmills. This creates a smooth transition and stable incline movement even while running. However, it may not be as useful for walkers or runners wanting to perform short and fast intervals. You made need to account for these transitions without your workout.
No subscription is required to train with the Sole F63. It has a simple LCD console with preloaded workout programs. There are two tablet racks, so you can load up entertainment or training content on your smartphone or tablet for training. The Sole F63 also pairs with the Sole Plus app, which stores your workout history. Your Garmin Connect profile can also be connected to the Sole Plus app to keep all of your workouts in one place.
The Sole F63 has an effective fan and Bluetooth speakers. The speakers connect separately from the treadmill console, so look for the Bluetooth device labeled “BT_speakers” not “Sole F63.”
There are four transport wheels for moving the Sole F63 around more easily. The deck must be folded for relocation. The deck softly lowers to the ground when released from its upright position. Because the treadmill has a very solid, steel build, the deck feels heavier than other comparable treadmills.
