We are supplying new types of cold rooms using normal split AC and window AC units. These are upto 50% cheaper than the conventional chiller units. Also electricity consumption is 40-50% less. These are easy to assemble and you can even assemble one in your backyard or inside your house. It can work on normal house electricity on single phase power. Unlike conventional chiller units, they do not need any maintenance at all, which will again save you thousands of dollars.
A split AC or window AC unit is modified into a cooling unit using a special circuitry made in the USA. More than 50,000 similar units have been installed in the USA and around the world from Australia to Tanzania to Dubai since 2006.
You do not need any special maintenance as required for big cooling units. It requires regular maintenance similar to any other home AC units only.
It can work on single phase electric power and does not need high power 3 phase power supply. It can even run on a small generator. These equipment is suitable for very small cold storage from 1.5 meter by 1.5 meter and for very big cold storage such as 50 meter by 50 meter.
Small cold storage can even run on solar power. As it does not have big cooling units, you can install even in areas with space limitations. Optionally, we also provide a SIM card based phone call alert system, which will make phone calls to 8 operators in case of high temperature, power failure, water leakage etc.
These cold storages are ideal for any non-freezing applications such as Onion, flower storage, fruits and vegetables, pharmaceuticals, meat and poultry, sweets, chocolates, small restaurants, milk, egg, cheese, mobile cold rooms on trucks, vans etc. We recommend these cold rooms for applications above 0.0°C and for door openings not more than once every 10-15 minutes.
Otherwise the cold room will need more AC units.
