Garage Pizza Review: Brian James' Sweet Sauce Old Forge Pizza

I have to say this platform allows me to meet some really amazing people and have some super cool experiences.  On my most recent adventure, I answered a 5+ year standing pizza review challenge to try Brian James' famous sweet sauce, Old Forge Style (or square as many call it) Pizza.  I found myself inside Brian's garage reviewing the pizza, using his recycling bin as a video tripod, and testing pizza featuring his complex and intensely delicious sweet sauce.

Even after a decade of making pizzas professional pizzerias, I recall the struggles I once had recreating restaurant quality pizza at home.  After years and years of learning, trial and error, and experimentation, I realize that with great ingredients, quality tools, and proper techniques, this high quality pizza can be created anywhere.  It was really cool experiencing pizzeria results in a garage and to try such a crazy delicious pizza in Brian's home!  I hope you will find this pizza available to the public in the future!
