It's strawberry season ! Let's make strawberry tart, but not a random one ! Let's make a cute strawberry tart !

i n g r e d i e n t s

For 10 small tarts
Shortbread crust :
- 300g flour
- 150g butter
- 1 egg
- 50g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Pastry cream :
- 50cL plant milk
- 60g flour
- 4 yolk eggs
- 50g sugar
- vanilla powder (you can also use some drops of vanilla extract or 7,5g vanilla sugar)
- 1 pinch of salt

Note : According to my crash test, the pastry cream wasn't sweet enough and it wasn't thick enough, it was a bit too fluid. I'll make another batch later by changing ingredients and make it better with a final recipe.
