In this video, I demonstrate how to loom knit a basketweave scarf. I tell you what you need and take you step by step through the process. This Project consists of two loom knit stitches. The loom knit E-wrap stitch and the loom knit purl stitch are the two stitches. This is a good beginner and fun loom knitting project.

With this pattern, you may not only need a counter but also some kind of physical/visual marker that tells you which pattern/ plan you are doing. It could be putting a safety pin or knitter's marker at the beginning of the rows when you are working on plan B. Or, you might remember to put a sticker on the counter when making a specific pattern so that if you are interrupted, you have a visual marker to let you know which plan/pattern you were working on.
