Absolutely! Here's a recipe for boneless BBQ wings that's designed to impress:
Boneless BBQ Wings

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup buttermilk (helps tenderize the chicken)
   1 tsp salt
   1 tsp black pepper
   1 tsp garlic powder
   1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (for that smoky flavor)
   2 cups all-purpose flour
   Vegetable oil, for frying

For the BBQ Sauce:

1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp honey (for added sweetness and gloss)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for tang)
   1 tsp smoked paprika
   1/2 tsp garlic powder
   1/2 tsp onion powder
   1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: A pinch of cayenne pepper (for those who like a little kick)

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Add the chicken pieces and ensure they're fully submerged. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the fridge.

Prepare the BBQ Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all the BBQ sauce ingredients. Stir occasionally and let it simmer for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Frying the Chicken: Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan to 350°F (175°C). While the oil is heating, remove chicken from the marinade and let excess liquid drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour, ensuring they're fully coated. Fry the chicken pieces in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry each batch for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Coating the Chicken: Once all the chicken pieces are fried, place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour over the BBQ sauce (you can use as much or as little as you like, depending on your preference) and gently toss until each piece is well coated.

Serve and Enjoy!: Serve your boneless BBQ wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce (ranch, blue cheese, etc.) and some celery sticks on the side. Enjoy!

Note: For an added layer of flavor, consider smoking or grilling the chicken after frying and before coating with the BBQ sauce. This will add a smoky flavor that complements the BBQ sauce beautifully. Here are some of my favorite Products - Affiliate Links below
