Crown took one of the
Crown took one of the cleanest, most transparent preamps around, and made it even cleaner. The IC-150A, released in '76 matched its predecessor in specs, but used even higher quality components in the signal path. The result is nothing short of well, nothing. You'll forget you're running a preamp at all.
