This is a rare clip from Maricel Soriano's FIRST MOVIE when she was 6 years old. From a movie entitled MY HEART BELONGS TO DADDY in 1971 also starring Tirso Cruz III, Aurora Salve and Snooky Serna. Maricel appeared in the first ten minutes of the movie. And the rest was history for the talented actress now known as the DIAMOND STAR. Watch how adorable she is in this movie showing both her acting and dancing skills at that early age.
Later in her career as a movie and TV actress, she later appeared again with Tirso Cruz III as her husband in Inagaw Mo Ang Lahat sa Akin of Reynafilms and then as her father in Mano Po of Regal Films. Life indeed comes full circle for Maricel Soriano.
She celebrates her 39 years in the movie industry this year, 2010 and continues to bring entertainment to many Filipinos. She also continues to evolve in her craft and show excellence in acting thus inspiring many Filipino actors and actresses of this generation.
