These mashed potato cakes are a delicious way to use up your leftover mashed potatoes. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a flavorful mushroom filling. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dinner, and it's also a great option for vegan meal prep.

Ingredients for 8-10 pcs:
- Potatoes: 1/2 kg
- Champignons: 250 gr
- Onion: 1/2 onion
- Carrot: 1 medium-sized
- Flour: 3-5 tbsp for potato dough
- Salt, black pepper, seasoning pepper mixture
- Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking steps:
00:13-00:27: Peel the potatoes
00:27-00:347: Rinse with water and cut into large pieces for faster cooking
00:37-01:09: Boil the potatoes in salted water
01:09-01:22: Drain the water when the potatoes are cooked
01:22-01:33: Rinse the mushrooms
