The feeling of inadequacy can cause feelings of self-doubt, contribute to burn-out, or even lead to the student dropping out.

It's a process that many will have to work through, and often whilst on their own.

Dr Rodrigo Chaves is a quantum computing algorithm designer, and suffered from imposter syndrome during his PhD.

How did he battle it? And what led to him overcoming those feelings?
