"She’s barely 7 months old and was found in the streets of Tijuana with distemper and a severe respiratory infection that challenges her life.
I've named her Prof. Twinkle so that she will be extra sparkly and beautiful like the stars we wish upon. And like those stars, I hope she feels all the love, strength and wishes for her recovery that I'm sending.
When this was filmed she was much stronger than the next day when we went back to get her. She was much weaker and I fear she had died in the crate, her to the best vet for treating distemper. She has stolen my heart and she just HAS to survive, she just has to."
