For ~10 muffins:
- 2 eggs
- 130g sugar
- 80g butter
~ 200g flour
- 200g pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp baking powder (6g)
- a pinch each of salt and vanilla
- orange zest
Glaze:
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp orange juice
Bake in a well heated oven at 180C for about 20-25 minutes.
