5 first block efficiency tips that I have seen nowhere else. These are some tricks that I have realized on my journey with roux from like 30 seconds in August to 16 seconds in February. These are things I came up with myself, and I have seen nowhere else so I decided to share them with people like me who want to improve with roux. I do not claim to have mastered this step, but efficiency wise I think I am qualified enough to make this video.
