Tonsillectomy Surgery as an Adult - Expectations & Recovery

I was having recurrent throat infections every two months throughout 2020 and 2021. After keeping my tonsils intact throughout childhood, my doctors said they should come out. This was my experience having a tonsillectomy as an adult.
