Indian garlic naan ingredients:
For making 10 pieces of naan
Plain yogurt:150 g, 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons
Room temperature water: 400 g, 1.5 cup + 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 12 g, 1 tablespoon
Salt: 8 g, 1 teaspoon
Oil, 25 g, 2 tablespoons
Yeast: 4 g, 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour: 750g, 5 cups

Step:
1. Mix all the ingredients except flour
2. Mix the flour, rest the dough for 20 minutes
3. 20 minutes later, knead the dough for 1 minute. Ferment the dough for 1.5 hours. Anytime in the middle knead the dough one more time for 1 minute.
4. Divide the dough into 10 small pieces. Round the small and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven with pizza stone, at the highest temperature 550 F / 290 C
6. Shape and naan, and bake it for 2-3 minutes. If your oven has broiler, turn it on to help browning.
7. Brush the garlic ghee
