Nissan Rogue Steering Squeak Solved!

When you turn your wheel do you hear a squeaking sound coming from your steering column? If so, check out this likely cause and its simple DIY solution!

The part number I purchased was 48989-4BA0E and was $87.34 from the Nissan dealership. It's called a lower steering column seal. Note that mine is a 2016. The part number is likely to be the same, but best to check part number applicability before purchase and also ensure that this part number hasn't been superseded.
