How Static Pile Load Test Works

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF WIRELESS PILE LOAD TEST KIT:

Motionics Wireless Pile Load Test Kit measures pile deflection under different load conditions with Bluetooth dial indicator (BlueDials) and Bluetooth pressure sensor (BluePSI) on iPad. This is a fully wireless measurement system that can increate safety, and improve the accuracy of pile load test and make the whole measurement process much easier. The kit can work with multiple dials (up to 10) at the same time.    

This video demonstrate the kit with 2 dials.  The two BlueDials are attached to the test pile to measure movements during load application and removal. The Bluetooth pressure sensor is mounted on the hydraulic pump to monitor load change. The App runs on Apple iPad and pairs with the BlueDials and the BluePSI. Readings from all wireless gages will be synced, updated and logged in the App.
