Ingredients: 1 cup of oat flour 2 scoops of protein powder (flavor of your choice) 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt 2 eggs 1/4 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract A pinch of salt Optional: dark chocolate chips, nuts, or berries for extra flavor Instructions: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed. Prepare the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Add extras: If you’re adding chocolate chips, nuts, or berries, gently fold them into the batter. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
