This video illustrates two incidents where sawmill workers were injured when lockout procedures were not followed. This incident investigation slide show uses animation and photos taken from the actual incident site. No graphic imagery is included. This video describes some of the dangers sawmill workers should be aware of when operating sawmill equipment, and describes how failure to follow lockout procedures can cause serious injury.
