Surah Ya Sin sometimes spelled as Yaseen (in Arabic text: يس) is the 36th chapter of Qur’an and has a total of 83 ayat or verses. It is classified as a Meccan surah. There are unlimited Surah Yaseen benefits in this world and the afterworld. Above all, one of the best chapters of the Holy Quran in fact, known as the “Heart of the Holy Quran”.
Ayat Main Theme:
• Ayat 1-12: Al-Quran is revealed by the Allah to warn people and Prophet is told that he could warn only those people who have the fear of Allah.
• Ayat 13-21: And example of three Prophets who were sent to one town, all denied them except one man who came from cross the town.
• Ayat 22-32: Allah blessed the man who believed with Paradise and destroyed the disbelievers.
• Ayat 33-36: Allah has created all things in pair.
• Ayat 37-40: Day, night, sun and moon; all are being regulated by Allah.
• Ayat 41-50: Disbeliever's attitude towards spending in the way of Allah.
• Ayat 51-54: A scene from the Day of Judgement.
• Ayat 55-58: Allah's greeting to the residents of Paradise.
• Ayat 59-67: Allah's address to the criminal sinners and On the Day of judgement hands and feet shall testify.
• Ayat 68-76: Al-Quran is to warn those who are alive and to establish charge against the disbelievers.
• Ayat 77-83: Allah, Who has created the man, shall give him life again, for accountability on the Day of Judgement.

Hadith About Surah Yaseen
“In a Hadith, Prophet Muhammad SAW said,” in everything, there is one heart; Surah Yasin is the heart of the holy book of Quran.”
Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said:
“My heart desires that Surah Yaseen should be present in the heart of everyone of my ummah.”
“Prophet Muhammad SAW said, "One who recites Surah Yasin in the whole night merely seeking Allah’s will, Allah Almighty would remove all his sins."
On forgiveness benefits of Surah Yasin our dearest Prophet Muhammad PBUH said:
“Whoever recited Surah Yaseen at the night seeking Allah’s approval, Allah would forgive him.”
[Ibn Hibban, Darimi 3283/A, Abu Yala, Tabarani, Baihaqi & Mardawaih].
“Whoever recites Yaseen once, Allah will record the reward of reciting the Quran ten times.”
(Tirmidhi 2812/A)
Reported by Ata bin Abi Riibaah, that the Prophet Muhammad PBUH stated:
“Whoever reads Surah Yaseen at the beginning of the day, all his needs for that day would be fulfilled.”
“The person who recites and memorizes Surah Yaseen will be in the shadow of Allah’s Blessings.”
