System integrated lines are the SCM’s technological solution dedicated to the large companies for the production of window and doors frames.
System 1 is the high productivity line ideal for batch production.
Thanks to the integration of multiple machines, it performs all the operations to process each side of the work-piece: planing on superset nt, tenoning and work-piece marking on celaschi p60, drilling and milling on fleximat, left and right profiling on 2 profitech.
This line ensures the highest quality of the finished product.
System 1 is able to reach production rates up to 1.800 pieces per working shift. Maestro active watch operator interface manages the whole line and it is designed to be easy to use and to import orders directly from company management software.
