Michigan Green Communities – Leaders in Sustainability

Recognized by the Environmental Council of States, the Michigan Green Communities program is a peer-to-peer network of local government leaders working together to overcome barriers in the path toward environmental sustainability. Learn how two very different communities (one rural, one urban) have utilized the MGC to broaden their area’s social offerings by implementing environmental sustainability projects, programs, and policies.
