Allen-Bradley Guardmaster and Pilz PNOZ S3 S11 Safety Relays

A training video of the Allen-Bradley Guardmaster Trapped Key Interlock Safety System with Pilz PNOZ S3 and Pilz PNOZ S11 Safety Relays. The safety system, key exchange unit and trapped key door interlocks were supplied and installed as part of a larger controls system and served 4 x Robot Paint Spray Booths.

This video shows how the Pilz PNOZ S3 and S11 Safety Relays operate during the removal of the Master Key from the main controls panel and following a reset of the safety system.
