Install the Touch Lock - Toddler Video Android App https://play.google.com/store/apps/de... Once it is done. Open it and click on Enable, You'll be asked to turn on Accessibility. Find "Touch Lock" and click on that and further, you'll see a slider. Touch to turn it on. Click OK to confirm. Now scroll down the notification Bar and there you'll see Touch Lock, Click on the Lock icon. You will see that your Screen Touch is not working. Now to enable the Touch, Just double click on the Touch Lock icon that you see at the Top right Corner.
