Explore the manufacturing process of the impressive ULTRA Grande 600 Rewinder Line, the innovative converting line for toilet tissue and towels. From precision manufacturing to line assembly, we take you behind the scenes of how we create our top of the line rewinder. This line is specially tailored to produce both consumer and JRT institutional products. With switchable embosser units, we can easily change designs in a matter of minutes.
The ULTRA Grande 600 Rewinder line for Consumer and JRT Products includes:
- 2 Unwind Stands,
- Embosser and Lamination
- High Speed Rewinder up to 550m/min
- 2 accumulators, one for each product
- 2 orbital log saws, one for each product.
The switchable embosser and lamination unit allows for different designs for the different products and takes 30 - 45 minutes to switch.
