Tap in with us for one of our FAVORITE Dumbbell HIIT workouts that we've ever put together. This workout is fun and high energy with low impact modifications so that everyone can join in! All you need is a light weight pair of dumbbells for this session (we used a 5lb/10lb pair). For the workout format, we've combined our traditional 45-15 timer for the first 2 sets and then we'll finish with a bodyweight EMOM challenge.
