in order to unlock this,
in order to unlock this, you need to solve the gravestone puzzle in the new DLC isle. the answer is presented through a riddle that the 3 characters on podiums tell you
update:
-weapons changing isn't random, it changes every time you stop firing
- it isn't only every 3rd parry you get a heart, it seems to be whenever the parry heart thing is procced (not sure exactly how it works)
-beating every boss in the dlc with the cursed relic (don't need to kill chef) will give you a reward
